2. What is CCC?
CCC is an acronym for Certificate of Completion and Compliance usually issued by the architect, engineer, or building draughtsman. It is a document that certifies a building is safe and fit for occupancy and well-constructed. CCC is mandatory for property in Malaysia and only after CCC is obtained, the property can apply for electricity (TNB), water, and other necessities.
3. What is property overhang?
Overhang simply means completed unsold housing. It refers to properties that have obtained CCC and are ready to use but remain unsold for more than 9 months. The situation occurs when there are more completed properties than buyers (supply more than demand)
