What is CCC?<\/strong><br>CCC is an acronym for <mark>Certificate of Completion and Compliance<\/mark> usually issued by the architect, engineer, or building draughtsman. It is a document that certifies a building is safe and fit for occupancy and well-constructed. CCC is mandatory for property in Malaysia and only after CCC is obtained, the property can apply for electricity (TNB), water, and other necessities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. What is property overhang?<\/strong><br>Overhang simply means <strong>completed unsold housing<\/strong>.  It refers to properties that have obtained CCC and are ready to use but remain unsold for more than 9 months.
